Did you know that our breath is tremendously powerful and that special breathing techniques are very successfully used in guided sessions to help transform root causes of current day issues?

A breathwork session is a very active session. A continuous form of breathing is used to help release pent up negative emotions that have been stored in the body. Emotions - as the name suggests - are supposed to be in motion. Unfortunately too often we are being taught not to show our emotions and instead shove them inside us, which is not healthy for our mind and body. This process is designed to let go of emotions, that we no longer need to hold within us, which helps us to move into a state of great inner peace.

Before embarking on a breathwork journey, we will be setting an intention for the session, which will help the subconscious mind to bring up exactly what needs to come up to move you to your goal. Besides emotions, childhood memories can also surface, so they can be healed by reframing them, practicing forgiveness and letting go of negative beliefs.

Even though breathwork is not traditional hypnosis, this modality is designed to take you into a trance state, where you can also tap into inner guidance to help you reach your goals.
