Step away from the routines of everyday life and into a week designed to help you reconnect, recharge, explore, and experience life a little differently.
Set against the incredible natural beauty of Costa Rica, this immersive retreat weaves together meditation, yoga, experiential personal-growth work, adventure, meaningful conversation, and plenty of space to simply enjoy being there.
We'll explore the connection between mind, body, emotions, and consciousness through experiences designed to invite new perspectives, greater self-awareness, and meaningful change. And we'll balance the inner journey with the outer one: exploring Costa Rica, moving our bodies, laughing, connecting, and having fun along the way.
One of the most special parts of these retreats is the community that develops when a small group of curious, open-minded people shares an experience like this together. You may arrive ready for a reset and leave not only with new insights, but with new connections, memories, and a renewed sense of possibility.

What is included
Your retreat experience includes six nights of comfortable accommodations, all meals, airport transportation, and three thoughtfully selected excursions that will allow us to explore more of Costa Rica’s natural beauty and culture.
The entire retreat center will be exclusively reserved for our group, giving us complete privacy and the freedom to enjoy the property as our own personal sanctuary for the week. We’ll have two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and cold plunge, beautiful hiking trails, and a nearby beach just a short walk away—all without sharing the resort with outside guests.
Each morning begins with optional yoga to gently awaken your body and prepare you for the day. Throughout the week, you’ll also be invited to participate in guided meditations, engaging group experiences, and a Wim Hof-inspired breathwork and cold-plunge experience.
The week is thoughtfully designed to create a meaningful balance of personal growth, connection, adventure, play, and restoration—with enough structure to support transformation and enough spaciousness to rest, explore, and simply enjoy Costa Rica.
Optional Add-ons
For an additional level of relaxation and restoration, you’ll have the option to book a massage with one of the retreat center’s skilled therapists or enjoy a session in the infrared sauna.
You’ll also have the opportunity to choose an additional excursion or take part in a playful natural blue-clay body-mask experience—giving you even more freedom to personalize your week with relaxation, exploration, or a little Costa Rican adventure.
These experiences are entirely optional and available at an additional cost.
Accommodations
You’ll stay in one of the retreat center’s comfortable villas, surrounded by the lush beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Costa Rica.
Two accommodation categories are available:
Ensuite Room
Private bathroom within the room
$3,500 per person for single occupancy
$2,900 per person for double occupancy
Standard Room
Bathroom conveniently located just outside the room
$3,300 per person for single occupancy
$2,800 per person for double occupancy
Rooms vary somewhat in size, layout, and location, adding to the individual character of each space. Availability is limited, and room selections will be offered in the order registrations and deposits are received.
All retreat prices include six nights of accommodations, meals, airport transportation, three group excursions, and the complete retreat program.
Retreat Payment and Refund Policy
A 50% payment is required at registration to reserve your space and accommodation. Of this initial payment, $500 is nonrefundable.
The remaining balance is due by December 1, 2026.
For cancellations received on or before December 1, 2026, all payments will be refunded except for the $500 nonrefundable portion. After December 1, 2026, all retreat payments are nonrefundable.
Because unexpected circumstances can arise, participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and travel interruptions.
