Bianca’s Ultimate Wellness Adventure
This week-long retreat is designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit through a balanced blend of movement, exploration, relaxation, and connection. Each day offers opportunities for personal growth and inspiration while allowing plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings.

Mornings begin with optional yoga sessions to awaken the body and set a grounded tone for the day. After breakfast, the group gathers for enriching activities that may include breathwork, optional group hypnosis, wellness-focused discussions, or guided reflections. Topics such as healthy living, sleep, nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness may be explored in an open, supportive setting.

Nourishing, farm-fresh meals are served three times a day, with delicious options that support energy, clarity, and well-being. Between meals, afternoons offer time to relax, engage in a group activity, or head out on an adventure. Depending on the day, you may find yourself exploring waterfalls, hiking scenic trails, or visiting a cacao farm. Some afternoons feature creative wellness experiences, such as a rejuvenating blue clay body mask session in nature—a fun and grounding way to connect with the earth and yourself. There will also be opportunities throughout the week to book a relaxing massage.

Evenings are a time for reflection and community. Whether gathering around the fire for a meaningful ceremony, dancing together under the stars, or enjoying a light-hearted game night, these moments are designed to bring joy, laughter, and connection. Throughout the week, you’ll have the chance to slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and return home with a renewed sense of clarity, happiness, and purpose.

Sunday
Guests arrive in the late afternoon and settle into their accommodations. We’ll enjoy a delicious welcome dinner together and begin building community in a relaxed and friendly setting. The evening is open for mingling, stargazing, or simply unwinding after the journey.

Monday
We begin the day with an optional gentle yoga session before breakfast. Afterward, we’ll open the retreat with an uplifting group activity designed to break the ice and invite everyone to share their personal wellness goals for the week. In the afternoon, we’ll head out on our first excursion—a refreshing visit to a beautiful waterfall with optional adventures like sliding down a natural waterfall slide or diving into a crystal-clear pool. After dinner, we’ll enjoy an engaging Game Night, offering laughter, fun, and connection with new friends.

Tuesday
The day begins with an optional yoga session before breakfast. In the morning, we’ll come together for a group session on healthy habits and intuitive eating, which may include a light hypnosis or guided meditation. Afterward, we’ll venture to a local cacao farm, where we’ll tour the grounds, learn about the chocolate-making process, and even craft our own chocolate milkshakes. In the evening, we’ll gather for an exciting Dance Night, enjoying music, movement, and connection.

Wednesday
The day starts with optional movement, followed by our exciting visit to the majestic Nauyaca waterfalls for a refreshing nature-infused adventure. After returning, guests can relax, book a massage, or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Later in the afternoon, we’ll hold a group session on better sleep and deep relaxation, which may include a meditation or light hypnosis. In the evening, we’ll gather around for a Fire Circle, where guests are invited to reflect, share, or simply enjoy the peaceful ambiance.

Thursday
We begin with optional yoga before breakfast. Then, guests have the choice of relaxing on-site or participating in an optional add-on excursion (details will vary by availability and interest). In the afternoon, we’ll focus on boosting joy and motivation during a group session that includes discussion and uplifting practices. Afterward, we’ll have another round of either Game Night or Dance Night, depending on the group’s energy and preferences.

Friday
Start the day with optional yoga or a fun Boot Camp-style fitness session depending on group interest. Afterward, we’ll head out for our final excursion to Hacienda Barú, a private nature reserve offering lush trails, flora, and fauna. In the afternoon, we’ll return to the retreat center by the river, where guests can enjoy a blue clay body mask treatment. Later in the day, we’ll come together for a final group session on creating a positive daily routine, providing guests with tools to carry forward the wellness practices from the retreat. The evening will culminate in a heartfelt Closing Circle, where we’ll share reflections, gratitude, and goodbyes before our final dinner together.

Saturday
Enjoy one last delicious breakfast with your new retreat family before packing up and heading out. It's a time for heartfelt goodbyes and holding onto the new connections you've made, as you carry the spirit of the week with you / refreshed, inspired, and full of new memories.
